As a Category Head, the incumbent will join the Marketing team and will be responsible for developing and deploying Category building plans in line with respective category strategies.
These responsibilities include:
  • Lead integrated brand marketing planning for all brands within the portfolio
  • Develop and execute launch plans using funds efficiently to achieve measurable objectives
  • Collaborate with the regional brand development teams for brand specific innovations and communication development
  • Propose brand activity and measurable objectives, and build and deliver annual plans
  • Ensure cascade and roll out of the integrated brand communications for specific innovation projects
The ideal candidate should have:
  • 7 —10 years of experience in FMCG industry
  • BBA/ MBA from a reputed national/international institute
  • Experience in multinational organization/s
  • Well-rounded experience in FMCG Sales and Marketing
  • High entrepreneurial drive
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  1. Name of the Designation: Channel & Category Development Manager
As a Channel & Category Development Manager, the incumbent will join the Customer Development team and will be responsible for definition and execution of overall category strategy as defined in Company’s marketing plan.
These responsibilities include:
  • Perform category analysis, provide input to Unilever category strategy, and produce brand sales strategies
  • Interpret category/channel strategies and determine product range and suitability by channel and store type
  • Manage new product introduction and supervise promotion planning and evaluation
  • Understand category performance and initiate remedial actions as required • Provide inputs to ensure product availability and visibility
  • Manage Trade Promotion budgets
The ideal candidate should have:
  • 6 – 8 years of experience in FMCG industry
  • BBA/MBA from a reputed national/international institute
  • Experience in multinational organization/s
  • All-round experience in FMCG Sales and Analytics
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  1. Name of the Designation: Human Resource Director
As a Human Resources Director, the incumbent will partner business to build people strategies, leadership & organizational capabilities and inculcate a winning culture.
These responsibilities include:
  • Partner with business leaders and ensure alignment of HR delivery with business goals
  • Enhance organizational and people capabilities and build a high performance culture
  • Build a strong Employer Brand
  • Utilize tools developed by expertise teams to facilitate and ensure HR service delivery

  • 12 -17 years of experience in HR, preferably FMCG
